Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Ollegacy account, on the web portal or the mobile app, in under a minute:

1. Sign in to Ollegacy (web at app.ollegacy.com, or the mobile app)
2. Go to Settings → Security (mobile: Me → Security)
3. Scroll to Delete Account and confirm with your password (or email address if you signed in with Google/LinkedIn)

This immediately and permanently deletes your profile, posts, messages, RSVPs, fundraising pages, and all other personal data associated with your account. This action cannot be undone.

If you no longer have access to the app or your account, email privacy@ollegacy.com from the email address associated with your account and request deletion. We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile (name, bio, story, photos, contact details)
• Forum threads, replies, and support wall posts you authored
• Direct messages you sent and received
• Event and meeting RSVPs
• Fundraising pages you created
• Your login credentials and any linked Google/LinkedIn sign-in

Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law — for example, payment/donation records needed for tax and financial compliance (see our Privacy Policy for details).
