Yes — the Starter plan is completely free with no credit card required. You get access to all core features for communities of up to 20 members.

You charge 0% on donations — how does that work?

We don't take a platform cut on donations. Instead, when a donor completes a contribution, they're shown an optional tip prompt ("Help keep Ollegacy free for communities like yours"). Donors choose freely — they can tip, change the amount, or skip it entirely. This keeps your fundraising revenue 100% yours while allowing supporters who love the platform to chip in.

What happens when my community grows beyond the member limit?

You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next plan. Your community data, settings, and history stay intact — nothing is lost during the upgrade.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and we'll credit the remaining value of your current billing period toward the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans are invoiced once per year.
